Where’s First?
Back in the day when I began building my own fitness business “empire”, I had big plans, ample amounts of ambition and plenty of drive - the only problem was…
…I lacked DIRECTION!
Basically I didn’t know what to work on first; sales, marketing or management?
And because of that I was moving around doing a little bit of each; which of course meant the systems I put in place and the progress I made was pretty slapdash.
I managed to get it right in the end but I can’t claim back the time I wasted trying to figure out where to focus my efforts in the first place.
So, what about you?

The reason this is so important is because if you don’t, then this lack of a clear direction will slow your business growth and development right down to a screeching HALT!
Because you’ll be spending all your time working on “A”, “B”, and “C” when in actual fact it might be more profitable for you to just be working on “A”. And once you’ve got that down, then you can move on.
